About Us

The Jack Carter Pavilion is managed and operated by Bealonians Football Club, the largest grassroots club in the London Borough of Redbridge and an England Football Accredited club.

The football club is a registered charity (Charity No. 1188551) overseen by a board of trustees, and The Oakfield Pavilion Limited (Company No. 12463980) is the company fully owned by the trustees to operate The Jack Carter Pavilion.

The football club is run solely by volunteers and the pavilion employs approx ten local people on a part-time basis to provide essential services. 100% of the profit from private hires of the pavilion is donated to the football club, which in turn helps us develop the facility and enables us to offer a quality sporting environment - football and cricket - for the local community at a reasonable cost.

Bealonians FC took over the pavilion in April 2020 and has carried out a full refurbishment of both function rooms plus other improvements, to date investing in excess of £100,000 to improve the facility.
